Is it time for a skin care workout change?

Having been in the health and fitness industry since the mid 70’s, I knew that putting good things onto your body was just as important to a longer and happier life as what you put into your body.  

Think of it in these terms (if you ever worked out regularly with weights) we made all our progress in the gym in the first 5 years and the last 35 - not much improvement and barely holding the line.  But a lot of looking good on the outside is about feeling good on the inside and going to the gym made us feel good.
