Payments:

  • We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card & PayPal

  • No Checks Accepted unless approved by management

Shipping:

  • Most orders placed before noon will ship the same day

  • Most orders placed after noon (pacific) will ship the next business day.

Taxes:

All customers will be charged California sales tax. California businesses must submit a copy of their Reseller's Permit or tax will be charged.

Backorders:

We will make every effort to ship your order complete, but occasionally we have to backorder items. We will not charge on backordered items until they ship. We will contact you prior to shipping backorders to ascertain that the items are still required. You do not need to re-order backordered items. If the backordered items ordered were over $1000, we will cover the shipping charges.

Those pesky problems:

  • If you have a problem with your order, call us within 5 business days from receipt of the order. On returns due to our error, we will pay regular USPS priority mail to return items and ship replacements.

  • DAMAGES: If your order is damaged, please contact the local freight office for damage inspection and contact us to notify us of the situation.

Returned Shipments:

  • All Returns must have an authorization number, which must be placed on the outside of the box in magic marker. A return authorization number can be obtained by calling: 760-494-3669

  • ONLY product exchanges will be accepted beyond one month of original purchase date (good excuses welcomed).

  • No return or exchanges after 90 days. Credit card refunds will be processed in 1-3 days from notification and may take up to 72 hours to appear as a credit on your card.

Returned items must be received by us unopened and resalable condition. Each product must be placed “box in a box” (place product in a box and then place in shipping box). For one's and two's a padded shipping envelope may be used and are available for free here.
